I have been making this recipe since 1950. Family and friends love it. Please try it,you will not be disappointed. Mashed potatoes and green beans on the side. Makes a wonderful dinner.Nancy

Ingredients
- 1 - medium onion chopped
- 3/4 cup diced celery
- 3 cups soft bread cubes
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1/3 cup diced green pepper
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup tomato juice
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
How To Make stuffing "stuffed " meat loaf

Step 1To make dressing: brown in 1/4 cup fat, onion and celery. Mix with: bread cubes,water, eggs,green pepper and salt. Mix: ground pork and ground beef together.

Step 2Pat out 1/2 of meat mixture into a 10x5x3 loaf pan. Cover with the dressing. Then top dressing with the rest of the meat mixture.

Step 3Bast with tomato juice and 2 Tablespoons melted butter. Bake at 350 for 1- 1/4 hours.
