Ingredients

  • 1/2 bag
    frozen chopped onions
  • 1/2 bag
    frozen chopped green peppers
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 jar(s)
    pizza sauce
  • ·
    chopped pepperoni
  • 2 c
    shredded mozarella
  • 12
    hamburger buns
  • ·
    aluminum foil

How to Make Nana's Pizza Burgers

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown ground beef with onions and green peppers. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Chop up the pepperoni into bite size pieces and add to the ground beef.
  3. Add the pizza sauce and warm through.
  4. Add the mozzarella cheese and remove from the fire.
  5. Spoon Ground beef onto buns and wrap individually in aluminum foil.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes and enjoy.

    Do not unwrap aluminum foil until ready to eat.
