A friend of mine at work made this for a pot luck last year and it was so good, I wanted to share it with everyone.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 15 oz cans tomato sauce
- 2-16 oz cans spicy chili beans
- 1-1/4 oz package taco seasoning mix
- 16 oz packages frozen corn, thawed
- 8 oz packages finely shredded cheddar jack cheese, divided
- 9 oz packages nacho-flavored tortilla chips, crushed and divided
- - optional: sour cream, chopped tomato, chopped green onion
How To Make nacho grande casserole

Step 1Brown ground beef and onion in a Dutch oven and drain. add tomato sauce, beans, seasoning mix and corn and stir until blended. Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.

Step 2Pour half of beef mixture into a greased 13" x 9" baking dish. Top with half each of the cheese and crushed chips; repeat layers.

Step 3Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden.

Step 4Top portions with a dollop of sour cream and a sprinkling of tomato and green onions, if desired. Serve with avocados, warm tortilla, rice and/or beans.
