Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 pound red bell pepper & green bell peppers, diced
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 can refrigerated pizza dough (i use pillsbury)
- 1 jar pineapple salsa (or your favorite)
- 3 cups shredded mexican cheese
- 1 can sliced olives (2.2 ounces)
- 3 large scallions, sliced
How To Make nacho casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 375*. Spray 13x9 inch baking dish In a large skillet, brown ground beef with peppers and garlic salt, cook until peppers are softened. Drain excess fat.

Step 2Roll out pizza dough and cut into 2 inch bite size pieces. Add the dough to a large bowl and mix with the salsa. Add the ground beef mixture, 2 cups of the shredded cheese, and the olives. Pour into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top and bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with scallions and bake 5 minutes longer. 9 points per serving
