Ingredients
- 3 pounds round steak
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 2 - garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups ketchup
- 2 tablespoons oil
- - salt and pepper
How To Make my swiss steak

Step 1Dredge steak in flour, season with salt and pepper if desired.

Step 2Heat oil in large skillet.

Step 3Brown onions, garlic and meat.

Step 4Pour ketchup over meat.

Step 5Cover pan and cook until tender on medium heat.

Step 6Should take at least an hour.

Step 7Meat should be very tender.

Step 8Check to make sure that it doesn\'t burn.

Step 9If it looks like it is going to, add water or broth if you have it available.
