I tend to make my meatloaf different every time I make it. When I made tonight it turned out so good I had to save it, so I thought I would just share it. Make it your own. I will say cooking time can very, so check temperature of meatloaf should be 165

Ingredients For my special meatloaf

  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 1.2 c
    milk
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp
    auntie nonos steakhouse seasoning
  • 2 c
    panko bread crumbs or crackers crushed
  • 1/2 bottle
    small bottle hienz 57
  • 1/2 sm
    chopped onion

How To Make my special meatloaf

  • 1
    Crack 2 eggs in large bowl with milk and seasoning, whisk together. After whisking add rest of ingredients and mix with hands (I put gloves on), just until combined. I make it into loaves and put in foil 9x13 pan.

    Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. ENJOY
