I love making these on lazy days..just a hint of heat..these babies are always a hit at my house or potlucks..I double and triple the batch, and keep warm in the crock pot of game nights..or when taking to a party..mmm

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 - chopped onion
- 1/2 cup finely minced,red bell pepper
- 1 clove garlic , finely minced
- 1/4 cup fine diced celery
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon chipotle powder
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 pinches hot pepper flakes
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon liguid smoke
How To Make my smokin joes

Step 1In a large skillet over high heat, saute the beef, onions, bell pepper,celery and garlic until the beef is cooked and browning, and all the liquid has boiled off

Step 2Turn the heat down to low, then add the spices and stir.

Step 3Stir in the remaining ingredients, then partially cover and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent sticking.

Step 4Prepare buns, and I serve with homemade fries, or chips..
