I read tons of recipes for meatloaf & want to try many of them, but I just got in the kitchen & went with my own idea. I made the meatloaf in the morning before work, then covered it & put it in the fridge. Easy dinner when I got home! It turned out really good! My family of 4 ate all but 2 slices of it. I didn't even get a sandwich for lunch today!
