my meatloaf
My favorite kind of meatloaf. I made this once because I wanted to use up small amounts of sausage I had in the freezer and it turned out so well and is asked for so often that it became a regular dish at home. Everyone loves the crisp top and the bold flavors of the sausage. Really moist and great as a sandwich.

Step 4line a rimmed baking sheet with foil, oil slightly and place the loaf. Rub oil over the loaf.
-
Step 5Bake at 350 for about an hour, until top is crispy
