How to Make My Krystal Burgers
- 1Season meat with garlic and salt.Pat out little bitty hamburger patties real thin.Place onto a griddle and use a straw to poke 4 holes into each patty.
- 2Place a tiny pinch of dried onion bits on top of each patty.Put the top part of hamburger (square roll)from bread stores--on cooking--very thin--patties.Need to cover griddle with a cake pan,so burgers can steam the buns and cook.Have the bottom buns on another side of the griddle,topside down for just one min.
- 3These do cook really fast so stay with them.As soon as no pink on bottom of patties.Take up from griddle and assemble with meat between buns and add a dill pickle slice,with mustard also.
