Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef/sirloin
- 16 ounces tomato paste
- 1-2 large can tomato juice
- 1-2 - stacks saltine crackers crushed
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 large bell pepper chopped
- 2-3 - eggs
- 1-2 cup instant oatmeal
- 1 large bottle ketchup
How To Make my grandmother's meatloaf

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Combine ground beef, chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, eggs and tomato paste. Mix well with hand.

Step 2Add crushed crackers and oatmeal a little at a time. If too dry, add some tomato juice. Continue to mix.

Step 3Form into 1-2 loaves and place in a deep pan that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 4Squirt Ketchup fairly heavily over top and sides and spread evenly.

Step 5Pour remaining tomato juice around loaves. Carefully place pan in oven and bake for 1 hour to 1 hour 30 min.
