How To Make my favorite taco burgers
-
Step 1In a medium bowl or food processor, mix together ground beef, taco seasoning, and chili sauce. Form into 12 patties.
-
Step 2Sprinkle 6 of the patties with shredded cheese and green chilies. Top these 6 patties with the remaining 6 patties. Seal well around the edges so cheese won't leak out.
-
Step 3Grill burgers for 5-7 minutes on each side. Just before the meat is finished, add a slice of pepper jack cheese to the top and allow the cheese to melt slightly.
-
Step 4Place patties on toasted buns, add tomato slices, lettuce and guacamole - then top with remaining buns.
