Ingredients For my famous roast

  • 1 (14.5 oz can
    stewed tomatoes
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg
    dry onion soup mix
  • 3 1/2 lb
    boneless beef chuck roast

How To Make my famous roast

    In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes and juice, soup, and soup mix.
  • 2
    Place toast in a 5 to 6 quart electric slow cooker. Pour tomato mixture over roast. Cover, and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or until roast is tender. Serve over creamy mashed potatoes.
