Ingredients
- 1 (14.5 oz can stewed tomatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
- 3 1/2 pounds boneless beef chuck roast
How To Make my famous roast

Step 1In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes and juice, soup, and soup mix.

Step 2Place toast in a 5 to 6 quart electric slow cooker. Pour tomato mixture over roast. Cover, and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or until roast is tender. Serve over creamy mashed potatoes.
