my easy slow cooker chili
This easy Chili recipe is a family favorite we usually have this with homemade corn bread and cheddar cheese or over rice or even with just saltine crackers ,My friend always tells me its better than the Wendys restaurant chili I don't know but it sure is good especially on a cool or rainy day

Ingredients
- 3 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 large onion finely chopped
- 1 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
- 2 cans busch's hot chili beans
- 1 package chili-o chili seasoning
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1/3 cup jalapeno peppers chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1 large can tomato juice

Step 1Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain off grease

Step 2In a large 7 quart slow cooker put ground beef, onion, bell pepper, chili beans, chili seasoning, diced tomatoes, jalapeno peppers, garlic powder, salt, pepper and tomato juice

Step 3mix all ingredients together cook on high 4 to 6 hours or on low 8 hours

Step 4Serve as disired with shredded cheddar cheese, cornbread, or over rice or noodles or even with just saltine crackers
