These are so delicious!! In the winter, I cook these in the oven. In the summer, the grill adds an extra yummy flavor!!

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 3-4 - bacon strips, diced and not cooked (or use 1/3 c. bacon bits)
- 8 - crackers, crushed (saltines, ritz, etc.)
- 1 tablespoon onion, diced
- 1/4 cup milk or evaporated milk
- - salt and pepper to taste
- TOPPING
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon onion, finely diced (i use more)
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon worchestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

Step 1Mix all the first list ingredients until well combined. Shape into individual loaves and flatten the top.

Step 2Combine the topping ingredients. Evenly spoon on top of the loaves.

Step 3Bake for 30 minutes at 350.

Step 4OR place on grill- - let the loaves mostly cook without topping and then spoon topping on and let finish cooking.
