These are so delicious!! In the winter, I cook these in the oven. In the summer, the grill adds an extra yummy flavor!!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3-4 - bacon strips, diced and not cooked (or use 1/3 c. bacon bits)
  • 8 - crackers, crushed (saltines, ritz, etc.)
  • 1 tablespoon onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup milk or evaporated milk
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • TOPPING
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon onion, finely diced (i use more)
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon worchestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

How To Make my aunt ginny's mini meatloaves

  • Step 1
    Mix all the first list ingredients until well combined. Shape into individual loaves and flatten the top.
  • Step 2
    Combine the topping ingredients. Evenly spoon on top of the loaves.
  • Step 3
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350.
  • Step 4
    OR place on grill- - let the loaves mostly cook without topping and then spoon topping on and let finish cooking.
