These are so delicious!! In the winter, I cook these in the oven. In the summer, the grill adds an extra yummy flavor!!

Ingredients

1 lb
ground beef
3-4
bacon strips, diced and not cooked (or use 1/3 c. bacon bits)
8
crackers, crushed (saltines, ritz, etc.)
1 Tbsp
onion, diced
1/4 c
milk or evaporated milk
salt and pepper to taste

TOPPING

1/4 c
ketchup
1 Tbsp
onion, finely diced (i use more)
1/2 tsp
chili powder
1 tsp
worchestershire sauce
2 tsp
apple cider vinegar

How to Make My Aunt Ginny's Mini Meatloaves

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix all the first list ingredients until well combined. Shape into individual loaves and flatten the top.
  • 2Combine the topping ingredients. Evenly spoon on top of the loaves.
  • 3Bake for 30 minutes at 350.
  • 4OR place on grill- - let the loaves mostly cook without topping and then spoon topping on and let finish cooking.
