Mushroom Sauce Round Steak
·flour for dredging
2 lbtenderized round steak
1 lbwhole small mushrooms (portable babies are good)
3 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin
1 cchopped onions
How to Make Mushroom Sauce Round Steak
- Dip steak into flour on both sides while heating butter and oil in a heavy skillet,
- Saute steak until rare, remove and keep warm.
- Saute all remaining ingredients until tender. Mix cornstarch in a cup with 1/2 cup of ice cold water. Stir to mix completely.
- Add steak back to skillet just to reheat.
