Ingredients

1 can(s)
(3 oz) broiled chopped mushrooms
1
slightly beaten egg
1 tsp
salt
1 dash(es)
pepper
1 1/2 lb
lean ground beef
1 Tbsp
light corn syrup
pimiento strips
milk
1 1/2 tsp
worcestershire sauce
1 tsp
dry mustard
1 1/2 c
soft bread crumbs
2 Tbsp
catsup
broiled mushroom crowns

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350F

Drain chopped mushrooms, reserve the liquid.
Add enough milk to the mushroom liquid to make 1/2 cup
2Combine liquid, egg, Worcestershire sauce, seasonings, and bread crumbs.
Let stand about 5 minutes.
3Stir in beef and chopped mushrooms, mix lightly but thoroughly.
4Bake 1 hour in a 13x9x2 inch loaf pan.
Combine catsup and corn syrup; brush on meatloaf.
Bake 15 minutes more.
5Garnish with mushrooms and pimiento.
