How to Make Mushroom Burgers with gravy
- Make hamburger into desired amount of patties. Season to taste. I lightly salt, pepper and sometimes use garlic powder Cook in medium pan.
- When patties are done, remove and keep warm. Drain fat but keep bits in bottom of pan. Add about 1/4 cup of water and scrap bits off bottom of pan. Add cream of mushroom soup and stir until blended.
- I serve patties with mashed potatoes, the mushroom gravy and green beans. Sometimes my husband would rather have rice rather than potatoes, that is just as yummy.
