These are fun little cups really good with Cheez Whiz warmed and drizzled on top.

Ingredients For mushroom burger cups

  • 12 slice
    bread
  • 1/4 c
    butter
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 1 sm
    onion, chopped
  • 2 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make mushroom burger cups

  • 1
    Spread butter on one side of each piece of bread and push down into a cupcake pan. Set aside.
  • 2
    Add the ground beef to a skillet with the onion and garlic. Cook until the meat is no longer pink.
  • 3
    Stir in the egg, Worcestershire sauce, and cream of mushroom soup.
  • 4
    Spoon into the bread cups and top with the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
