Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1 cup saltine cracker crumbs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1.5 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 8 ounces pizza sauce
- 3 slices mozzarella, slices
- - green bell pepper, optional
- - mushrooms, optional
- - butter, optional
How To Make mozzarella meat loaf

Step 1Shape into a loaf and place in a greased 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pan.

Step 2Bake at 350 for 1 1/4 hours or until no pink remains.

Step 3Drain.

Step 4Spoon pizza sauce over loaf and top with cheese slices.

Step 5Return to the oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

Step 6Meanwhile, if desired, saute green pepper and mushrooms in butter.

Step 7Arrange on top of meat loaf.
