I was raised on very boring meatloaf. I found a wonderful way to add a blast of flavor to a standard piece of Hamburgh.

Ingredients

  • MOUTH WATERING HERB MEATLOAF
  • 2 pounds hamburger
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 3 cloves garlic- minced
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 box garlic /herb croutons
  • 1 can low sodium condensed onion soup
  • 1 tablespoon cold water
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup or tomato soup

How To Make mouth watering herb meatloaf

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 300 degrees
  • Step 2
    Mix: Hamburger, 2 eggs, condensed onion soup. Set aside.
  • Step 3
    In separate bowl, blend thyme, garlic, crushed croutons, and cold water. Add to Hamburger mixture.
  • Step 4
    Place prepared meatloaf in shallow ungreased baking dish and form into a round or square shape.
  • Step 5
    Add ketchup or tomato soup to the top of meatloaf and place in refrigerator for 1 hour before baking.
  • Step 6
    Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes.
