mother's meatloaf

My dad got this recipe from a matchbook cover when they brought me home from the hospital. Mom was too exhausted to cook (what with a newborn and a 16 month old as well!) so dad made this and it has been a family favorite ever since!(some 40+ yrs...lol)

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup bread crumbs, dry
- 1/4 cup onions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 large egg
- 1/3 cup milk
How To Make mother's meatloaf

Step 1Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2Mix all ingredients in a medium sized bowl, form into a loaf.

Step 3Bake on a jelly roll pan or in a 9X13" cake pan for approximately 45 minutes
