How to Make Monika's Moist Meatloaf
1Combine the cup of herbed stuffing mix with the cup of milk and let it sit for about 10 minutes, until the milk has softened the mix.
2In a large bowl, combine the ground beef with the eggs, garlic, salt, pepper. Then add in the softened stuffing mixture and mix well.
3Pour mixture into a baking dish and form into the classic meatloaf shape. Top it with the ketchup and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
