I tend to create recipes with things I already have in my pantry. This is one of those creations and it truly came out perfectly seasoned.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds 80/20 ground beef
- 1 cup herbed stuffing mix
- 1 cup milk
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup ketchup
How To Make monika's moist meatloaf

Step 1Combine the cup of herbed stuffing mix with the cup of milk and let it sit for about 10 minutes, until the milk has softened the mix.

Step 2In a large bowl, combine the ground beef with the eggs, garlic, salt, pepper. Then add in the softened stuffing mixture and mix well.

Step 3Pour mixture into a baking dish and form into the classic meatloaf shape. Top it with the ketchup and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
