80/20 ground beef
1 c
herbed stuffing mix
1 c
milk

eggs, beaten
1 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
pepper
1 c
ketchup

How to Make Monika's Moist Meatloaf

Step-by-Step

  • 1Combine the cup of herbed stuffing mix with the cup of milk and let it sit for about 10 minutes, until the milk has softened the mix.
  • 2In a large bowl, combine the ground beef with the eggs, garlic, salt, pepper. Then add in the softened stuffing mixture and mix well.
  • 3Pour mixture into a baking dish and form into the classic meatloaf shape. Top it with the ketchup and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
