I tend to create recipes with things I already have in my pantry. This is one of those creations and it truly came out perfectly seasoned.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds 80/20 ground beef
  • 1 cup herbed stuffing mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 - eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup ketchup

How To Make monika's moist meatloaf

  • Step 1
    Combine the cup of herbed stuffing mix with the cup of milk and let it sit for about 10 minutes, until the milk has softened the mix.
  • Step 2
    In a large bowl, combine the ground beef with the eggs, garlic, salt, pepper. Then add in the softened stuffing mixture and mix well.
  • Step 3
    Pour mixture into a baking dish and form into the classic meatloaf shape. Top it with the ketchup and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
