- 8 ounces rice noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium shallot, chopped
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 4 scallions, green parts only, sliced
How To Make mongolian beef and rice noodles

Step 1Cook the rice noodles according to package directions. Place the beef in a large saucepan and add the garlic and shallot and cook until the beef is browned.

Step 2Mix the soy sauce, brown sugar, oyster, and hoisin sauce together and pour over the meat. Add the noodles and mix well.

Step 3Add the scallions and mix. Serve.
