- 2 pounds beef, sliced thin
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 2 stalks green onions, chopped
How To Make mongolian beef

Step 1In a bowl, combine the brown sugar, soy sauce, oil, water, garlic & scallions. set aside

Step 2in another bowl combine the beef with corn starch, let sit a few mins.

Step 3In a skillet, add a little bit of oil and brown the beef each side, add in sauce mixture let come to a boil, then reduce to low, cover and simmer 15 mins.. serve over rice.
