- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 pint salsa
- 1 - 15 oz. cans mexican stewed tomatoes
- 1 - 8 oz. packages cream cheese

Step 1In skillet, saute meat with onion & garlic powders. Mix in cooked rice. Pour in tomatoes & salsa; mix well. Stir in 1/2 of the cheese; mix well.

Step 2Pour into greased 13 x 9" baking dish; add rest of cheese, cover & bake 12 - 15 minutes until cheese melts.
