Ingredients

3 1/2 lblean ground beef

1 csour cream
-
1 pkgparmesan cheese shreds (6 oz)

2eggs (beaten)

1 1/2 Tbspgarlic salt

2 tspcracked black pepper
-
1 1/2 pkgsaltine crackers (crushed)

1large onion, finely chopped
-
1medium green pepper, finely chopped

1 cflour (for dredgin)
-
1/2 colive oil, extra virgin (for frying)
How to Make Mom's Sour Cream Meatballs
- Mix first nine ingredients together in large mixing bowl.
- Form 2 inch balls with dampened hands.
- Dredge balls in flour, then fry in frying pan with hot EVOO until browned on the outside. Place in glass baking dish and place in 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes.
- Serve with your favorite brown gravy over rice! Enjoy!
