Ingredients
- 3 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 package parmesan cheese shreds (6 oz)
- 2 - eggs (beaten)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic salt
- 2 teaspoons cracked black pepper
- 1 1/2 packages saltine crackers (crushed)
- 1 - large onion, finely chopped
- 1 - medium green pepper, finely chopped
- 1 cup flour (for dredgin)
- 1/2 cup olive oil, extra virgin (for frying)
How To Make mom's sour cream meatballs

Step 1Mix first nine ingredients together in large mixing bowl.

Step 2Form 2 inch balls with dampened hands.

Step 3Dredge balls in flour, then fry in frying pan with hot EVOO until browned on the outside. Place in glass baking dish and place in 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes.

Step 4Serve with your favorite brown gravy over rice! Enjoy!
