Ingredients
- 1 - beef roast
- - potatoes (quartered)
- - carrots (sliced)
- - bell pepper (sliced)
- - onions (sliced)
- - onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
How To Make mom's roast

Step 1Line a 9 X 13 X 2-inch pan with foil. Spray foil with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking.

Step 2Put roast in with vegetables all around.

Step 3Pour cream of mushroom soup, 1 can water, onions, soup mix, salt and black pepper.

Step 4Wrap with foil.

Step 5Bake for 6 - 8 hours at 200 degrees.
