beef roast
potatoes (quartered)
carrots (sliced)
bell pepper (sliced)
onions (sliced)
onion soup mix
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup

How to Make Mom's Roast


  • 1Line a 9 X 13 X 2-inch pan with foil. Spray foil with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  • 2Put roast in with vegetables all around.
  • 3Pour cream of mushroom soup, 1 can water, onions, soup mix, salt and black pepper.
  • 4Wrap with foil.
  • 5Bake for 6 - 8 hours at 200 degrees.
