    potatoes (quartered)
  • ·
    carrots (sliced)
  • ·
    bell pepper (sliced)
  • ·
    onions (sliced)
  • ·
    onion soup mix
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup

How to Make Mom's Roast


  1. Line a 9 X 13 X 2-inch pan with foil. Spray foil with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  2. Put roast in with vegetables all around.
  3. Pour cream of mushroom soup, 1 can water, onions, soup mix, salt and black pepper.
  4. Wrap with foil.
  5. Bake for 6 - 8 hours at 200 degrees.
