This is 1 of many recipes handed down to me from my late mother.

Ingredients

  • 1 - beef roast
  • - potatoes (quartered)
  • - carrots (sliced)
  • - bell pepper (sliced)
  • - onions (sliced)
  • - onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

How To Make mom's roast

  • Step 1
    Line a 9 X 13 X 2-inch pan with foil. Spray foil with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  • Step 2
    Put roast in with vegetables all around.
  • Step 3
    Pour cream of mushroom soup, 1 can water, onions, soup mix, salt and black pepper.
  • Step 4
    Wrap with foil.
  • Step 5
    Bake for 6 - 8 hours at 200 degrees.
