Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef round steak strips
- 1 large onion
- 1 large can tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup butter
- small sprinkle of galic
- 2-3 - green peppers cut in strips
- 2 - beef bouillon
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon sugar
How To Make mom's pepper steak

Step 1Saute beef in butter with garlic for 2 minutes. Remove meat and add onion, pepper; saute about 2 minutes. Return meat to skillet along with tomatoes and bouillon; simmer 5 minutes. Blend together cornstarch, sugar, soy sauce, salt and water. Stir into meat mixture until thickened.
