Saw this one in the local paper and it looked too good to pass up. Real easy and one of best meat loaves I've ever prepared.

Ingredients
- 2 slices whole wheat bread, toasted and cubed
- 1/2 cup whole or 1/2 and 1/2 milk
- 2 - eggs, gently beaten
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 cup ketchup
How To Make mom's original meat loaf

Step 1Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees

Step 2In large bowl, place bread crumbs, milk and eggs. Mix well. Add the onion, parmesan cheese, parsley, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Mix well.

Step 3Crumble ground beef on top of the mixture and fold together, using your hands.

Step 4Transfer to glass baking dish, sprayed with oil and form into a loaf. Spread ketchup over top of loaf. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes.
