- 2 cups shredded colby cheese
- 1/4 cup onion, minced
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- - salt & pepper, to taste

Step 1Preheat oven to 425 degree F.

Step 2Combine potatoes, cheese, onion in large bowl. Place in greased casserole dish.

Step 3In another large bowl, combine milk, broth, 1 Tbsp melted butter, garlic powder, salt & pepper, mix well. Pour mixture over potato mixture. Pour remaining melted butter over. Bake 45 - 1 hour.
