Ingredients

  • 1 - 26 oz. packages frozen shredded hash browns
  • 2 cups shredded colby cheese
  • 1/4 cup onion, minced
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • - salt & pepper, to taste
  • - garlic powder

How To Make *** mom's mock cracker barrel hashbrown casserole ***

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 425 degree F.
  • Step 2
    Combine potatoes, cheese, onion in large bowl. Place in greased casserole dish.
  • Step 3
    In another large bowl, combine milk, broth, 1 Tbsp melted butter, garlic powder, salt & pepper, mix well. Pour mixture over potato mixture. Pour remaining melted butter over. Bake 45 - 1 hour.
