mom's meatloaf and baked potatoes

Ingredients
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 package lipton beefy onion dry soup mix
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons a1 steak sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs, dry or fresh
- 1 large baking potato for each person

Step 2Mix all ingredients together in large bowl leaving the ketchup for the final step

Step 3Shape into loaf in a large loaf pan or baking dish (9x11)

Step 4Bake for 45 minutes then spread ketchup on top for 14 minutes. Loaf should be firm the touch. drain fat from pan and let rest for 5 minutes. Remove potatoes and place in bowl this would be a good time to get remaining items on table.
