- 1 pound bulk italian sausage, no casings
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 - bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 - onion, chopped
- 1/2 sleeve - crackers
- 2 - eggs
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- TOP SAUCE:
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed

Step 2Combine all meat ingredients together; mix well. Pour into loaf pan. Bake 1 hour. Pour off grease.
