Ingredients For *** mom's meatloaf #2 ***

  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 lb
    bulk italian sausage, no casings
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/2
    bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2
    onion, chopped
  • 1/2 sleeve
    crackers
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp
    mustard
  • TOP SAUCE:
  • 1/2 c
    ketchup
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed

How To Make *** mom's meatloaf #2 ***

    Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  • 2
    Combine all meat ingredients together; mix well. Pour into loaf pan. Bake 1 hour. Pour off grease.

    Combine sauce ingredients together. Spread over meatloaf, bake another 15 minutes.
