My mom created this recipe and to date this is the best meatloaf I have ever had. It has turned many non meatloaf fans into meatloaf lovers. Thanks MOM!!!

Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 c
    italian bread crumbs
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small
    onion chopped fine
  • 1 can(s)
    tomato soup

How to Make Mom's Meatloaf

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients except tomato soup.
  2. Shape into loaf form in pan and cover with tomato soup (directly from the can).
  3. Bake at 350 for 1-1 1/4 hours. Enjoy!
