My mom created this recipe and to date this is the best meatloaf I have ever had. It has turned many non meatloaf fans into meatloaf lovers. Thanks MOM!!!

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup italian bread crumbs
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small onion chopped fine
- 1 can tomato soup
How To Make mom's meatloaf

Step 1Mix all ingredients except tomato soup.

Step 2Shape into loaf form in pan and cover with tomato soup (directly from the can).

Step 3Bake at 350 for 1-1 1/4 hours. Enjoy!
