My mom created this recipe and to date this is the best meatloaf I have ever had. It has turned many non meatloaf fans into meatloaf lovers. Thanks MOM!!!

Ingredients

2 lb
ground beef
2
eggs
1 c
italian bread crumbs
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1 small
onion chopped fine
1 can(s)
tomato soup

How to Make Mom's Meatloaf

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix all ingredients except tomato soup.
  • 2Shape into loaf form in pan and cover with tomato soup (directly from the can).
  • 3Bake at 350 for 1-1 1/4 hours. Enjoy!
