My mom created this recipe and to date this is the best meatloaf I have ever had. It has turned many non meatloaf fans into meatloaf lovers. Thanks MOM!!!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 cup italian bread crumbs
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small onion chopped fine
  • 1 can tomato soup

How To Make mom's meatloaf

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients except tomato soup.
  • Step 2
    Shape into loaf form in pan and cover with tomato soup (directly from the can).
  • Step 3
    Bake at 350 for 1-1 1/4 hours. Enjoy!
