Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1 cup minced onion
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup seasoned dry breadcrumbs
- 2 - eggs
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 1.5 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon pepper, ground
How To Make mom's meat loaf

Step 1Preheat the oven to 350.

Step 2By hand, thoroughly mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl.

Step 3Pack the mixture into a 9-x-5-3-inch loaf pan.

Step 4Bake for about 1 1/4 hours or until the meat loaf is firm to the touch in the center, golden brown on the top and has pulled away from the sides of the pan.

Step 5Transfer to a platter.

Step 6Cut crosswise into slices.
