ground pork

minced onion
1/2 c
1/2 c
seasoned dry breadcrumbs
2 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
2 tsp
dried oregano
2 tsp
dried basil
1.5 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
3/4 tsp
pepper, ground

How to Make Mom's Meat Loaf


  • 1Preheat the oven to 350.
  • 2By hand, thoroughly mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl.
  • 3Pack the mixture into a 9-x-5-3-inch loaf pan.
  • 4Bake for about 1 1/4 hours or until the meat loaf is firm to the touch in the center, golden brown on the top and has pulled away from the sides of the pan.
  • 5Transfer to a platter.
  • 6Cut crosswise into slices.
