Growing up we were on a tight budget, as many were in the 50's, so my mom came up with this inexpensive and easy one pot meal. It is very good too.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1 can green peas, undrained
- 2 - large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup water, as needed
- 3 - chicken bouillon cubes
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make mom's hamburger stew

Step 1Fry ground beef and chopped onion in skillet until browned. Drain.

Step 2Add canned peas (with liquid).Add cubed potatoes,chicken bouillon cubes and stir. Make sure bouillon are dissolved then cover skillet and simmer for 30 minutes. Enjoy with french or italian bread.
