How To Make *** mom's german roast ***

  • Step 1
    Put a little oil in pan, salt & pepper, rub roast with beef stew seasoning mix (rub in good) & lay on top rosemary leaves, let roast cook on 350 till brown then cut 1/2 onion, lay on bottom of pam, brown onion good & stir good, after brown add 2" water or more in pan, add carrots, celery & bay leaves & then cook to medium or more. Drain vegetables. Use juice & water & add flour to thicken gravy. Can eat vegetable if want.
