mom's campfire stew
(1 RATING)
My mom was a girl Scout leader, for many years. She loved helping the girls get their badges, but she hated cooking. Somehow she started making this, and everyone was hooked. One night, my aunt and uncle stopped over with their 6 kids, at dinner time. Mom quickly made campfire stew, and served it over mashed potatoes! It's been a staple in our family ever since. If you need to make more than this, always go up one on each soup, a ratio of 2 to 1.
