Ingredients
- 1 bag cabbage, shredded
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 can milk (measured from soup can)
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 pound ground round, sirloin or chuck
- shredded cheese, any kind
How To Make *** mom's cabbage casserole ***

Step 1Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

Step 2Saute meat, green pepper & onion; drain.

Step 3In a greased 13 x 9" baking dish, layer 1/2 bag of cabbage, spread meat mixture over cabbage. Put remaining cabbage over meat.

Step 4Mix soup & 1/2 can of milk; mix well. Pour over top of casserole. Bake for 1 hour & spread cheese over top the last 10 minutes of cooking.
