My mom started making these burritos in the early 70's and my whole family still makes them.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. package ground beef
- 1 8oz. cans el pato sauce/mexican tomato sauce
- 1 cup cheese, shredded
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 package ex-large tortillas(flour)
How To Make mom's burritos (circa 1970)

Step 1Brown the ground beef in 12 inch skillet. Add El Pato sauce and any spices you like-or none if you have kids.

Step 2Spoon out the refried beans onto the beef mixture. Cover and heat on med. 5 minutes. ( to soften the beans).

Step 3Mix beans into meat and turn on low.

Step 4Heat tortillas (4 at a time) in microwave for 1 minute. Put 2 T. meat mixture on one edge of tortilla, sprinkle a little cheese, and roll, tucking one end in.
