How to Make Mom's Burritos (circa 1970)
- Brown the ground beef in 12 inch skillet. Add El Pato sauce and any spices you like-or none if you have kids.
- Spoon out the refried beans onto the beef mixture. Cover and heat on med. 5 minutes. ( to soften the beans).
- Mix beans into meat and turn on low.
- Heat tortillas (4 at a time) in microwave for 1 minute. Put 2 T. meat mixture on one edge of tortilla, sprinkle a little cheese, and roll, tucking one end in.
