    soy sauce
  • 1 c
    white vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 2 tsp
  • 2
    garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1/2 c
    coarsely ground pepper
  • 4-10 lb

How to Make Mom's Brisket


  1. Combine soy, vinegar, ketchup, paprika and garlic with a wire whisk.
  2. Place 4-10 pound brisket in an oven cooking bag and cover with pepper.
  3. Pour marinade over and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Bake in baking bag at 350 for 3-4 hours.
