Ingredients

1.5 c
soy sauce
1 c
white vinegar
2 Tbsp
ketchup
2 tsp
paprika
2
garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 c
coarsely ground pepper
4-10 lb
brisket

Step-By-Step

1Combine soy, vinegar, ketchup, paprika and garlic with a wire whisk.
2Place 4-10 pound brisket in an oven cooking bag and cover with pepper.
3Pour marinade over and refrigerate overnight.
4Bake in baking bag at 350 for 3-4 hours.
