Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds beef stew meat
- 1 large can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1/2 can milk (i use whole milk, but 2% is fine too)
- 4 tablespoons worshisteshire sauce
- 1 small can sliced mushrooms
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 packages lipton onion soup mix
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 16oz packages extra wide egg noodles

Step 1Cut meat into bite sized pieces. Place all ingredients except sour cream into crock pot and stir together well. Cook on low for 6 hours. Boil noodles until done. While noodles are cooking add sour cream to meat & sauce mixture in crock pot. When noodles are done add to mixture in crock pot. Let simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Enjoy!!
