This can also be prepared in a large oven proof dish and baked in the oven for 1 1/2 hours.

1 1/2 lb
beef stew meat
1 large can(s)
cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 can(s)
milk (i use whole milk, but 2% is fine too)
4 Tbsp
worshisteshire sauce
1 small can(s)
sliced mushrooms
1 medium
onion chopped
2 pkg
lipton onion soup mix
1 tsp
garlic powder
1 pt
sour cream
1 16oz pkg
extra wide egg noodles


1Cut meat into bite sized pieces. Place all ingredients except sour cream into crock pot and stir together well. Cook on low for 6 hours. Boil noodles until done. While noodles are cooking add sour cream to meat & sauce mixture in crock pot. When noodles are done add to mixture in crock pot. Let simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Enjoy!!
