Ingredients For mom's best beef stroganoff

  • 1 1/2 lb
    beef stew meat
  • 1 large can
    cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1/2 can
    milk (i use whole milk, but 2% is fine too)
  • 4 Tbsp
    worshisteshire sauce
  • 1 small can
    sliced mushrooms
  • 1 md
    onion chopped
  • 2 pkg
    lipton onion soup mix
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 pt
    sour cream
  • 1 16oz pkg
    extra wide egg noodles

How To Make mom's best beef stroganoff

  • 1
    Cut meat into bite sized pieces. Place all ingredients except sour cream into crock pot and stir together well. Cook on low for 6 hours. Boil noodles until done. While noodles are cooking add sour cream to meat & sauce mixture in crock pot. When noodles are done add to mixture in crock pot. Let simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Enjoy!!
