Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 - egg
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (trader joes)
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg (tj)
  • 1 - finely diced apple
  • 1/4 - finely diced onion
  • dash - curry powder (yellow tj)
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary (fresh)
  • 1 teaspoon basil

How To Make momma j's harvest burgers

  • Step 1
    Place ground turkey and egg in bowl. Dice apple and onion together in food processor. Add apple and onion mix to turkey. Add spices. Blend all ingredients together. For burgers shape into patty and cook until done. For meatloaf bake at 350-375 for 45 min (may take only 30 with varying oven temps)
