1 lb
ground turkey
1
egg
1 tsp
ground cinnamon (trader joes)
1 tsp
ground nutmeg (tj)
1
finely diced apple
1/4
finely diced onion
dash
curry powder (yellow tj)
1 tsp
oregano
1 tsp
rosemary (fresh)
1 tsp
basil

How to Make Momma J's harvest burgers

Step-by-Step

  • 1Place ground turkey and egg in bowl. Dice apple and onion together in food processor. Add apple and onion mix to turkey. Add spices. Blend all ingredients together. For burgers shape into patty and cook until done. For meatloaf bake at 350-375 for 45 min (may take only 30 with varying oven temps)
