Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 - egg
  • 1 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup evaporated skim milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • - pepper to taste
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

How To Make moist meatloaf

  • Step 1
    Place all ingredients in a large bowl
  • Step 2
    Mix until just combined, place in loaf pan.
  • Step 3
    Cook in a 350 degree oven for about 1 hour.
