Ingredients

1 lb
chopped sirloin
3
carrots (chopped)
1
small onion chopped
1 can(s)
small can of tomatoe sauce
1 1/2 c
italian bread crumbs
2 eggs
beaten
1 Tbsp
garlic powder
1 Tbsp
italian seasoning
1 Tbsp
onion powder
1/4 c
of oil

Step-By-Step

1preheat the oven to 350 degrees, coat baking pan with pam
while the oven is heating mix all of the ingredients into a bowl by hand.
Put into pan in the shape of a loaf and then into the oven for 30-40 minutes.
When it is finished let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving otherwise it will break apart.
