Ingredients
- 4 pounds ground beef
- 4 - eggs
- - seasoning salt to taste
- - onion salt to taste
- - black pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- SAUCE INGREDIENTS
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 small cans tomato sauce
- - spaghetti seasoning to taste
- - onion salt to taste
- 1 dash worcestershire sauce
- 8 ounces mushrooms, drained
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
How To Make mock parmigiana

Step 1Combine first 7 ingredients and shape into patties.

Step 2Set aside.

Step 3To make sauce, saute onion slices in 3 tablespoons butter until soft.

Step 4Add remaining ingredients for sauce.

Step 5Place patties in large baking pan in single layer and pour sauce over.

Step 6Cover pan with aluminum foil and bake one hour at 375.

Step 7After baking, remove foil, sprinkle each patty generously with the mozzarella cheese and return to oven until cheese is melted.
