I was cleaning out the pantry today for supper and this is what I came up with. It is amazingly good!!!

Ingredients

  • 2 c
    cooked brown rice, prepared as directed
  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 medium
    onion, diced
  • 1
    pepper, diced (any color)
  • 6 medium
    sliced mushrooms
  • 1 can(s)
    sliced black olives
  • 1 can(s)
    diced tomatoes
  • 1 can(s)
    pizza sauce
  • 2 c
    grated cheese. i used cheddar but try your favorite!

How to Make MMMMM!! Pizza Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Prepare rice as directed on package.
  2. Brown ground beef with onion, pepper, and mushrooms. Season with garlic salt and pepper. Drain well. Return to heat and add diced tomatoes and pizza sauce. Heat through.
  3. Mix beef mixture and rice together. Pour into a sprayed 9 x 13 pan and top with grated cheese.
  4. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes.
