1 ccorn flakes, crushed

1/3 cbrown sugar, packed

2 Tbspcider vinegar

1 1/2 tspspicey brown mustard

1 smallonion, chopped
How to Make Missouri Meatloaf - Steph
- Mix the ground beef, eggs, onion, pepper, parsley and corn flakes well. Work in half of the sauce into the meat mixture. Set aside. Add the remainder of the sauce on top and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
- Sauce: 1/2 c. catsup, 1/3 cup packed brown sugar, 2 T. cider vinegar, 1 1/2 t. brown spicey mustard, 1/2 tsp. nutmeg. Mix all ingredients well and pour half of this mixture into the meat; pour the remainder on top of the meatloaf.
