This is a recipe of my mother's aunt, who was an excellent cook. We recently found it in some of her recipes she had give my mother. Quite tasty!

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup corn flakes, crushed
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons spicey brown mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 small onion, chopped

Step 1Mix the ground beef, eggs, onion, pepper, parsley and corn flakes well. Work in half of the sauce into the meat mixture. Set aside. Add the remainder of the sauce on top and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.

Step 2Sauce: 1/2 c. catsup, 1/3 cup packed brown sugar, 2 T. cider vinegar, 1 1/2 t. brown spicey mustard, 1/2 tsp. nutmeg. Mix all ingredients well and pour half of this mixture into the meat; pour the remainder on top of the meatloaf.
