These sliders are soooooo good. I never want to eat a regular burger. I have four sons and a husband. They would rather have these than a regular burger. So yummo. I promise you if you try these you will NEVER go back, lol. The special sauce is so good. I make extra and save it in a bottle for all our sandwiches.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

The meat in these mini sliders is so juicy and flavorful. A drizzle of the secret sauce adds a wonderful tangy flavor. Flattening the meatballs makes them a uniform size, and they cook evenly and quickly. Keep an eye on them. On our indoor grill, they cooked fast. Use your favorite cheese to top these tasty sliders.

Ingredients For mini sliders burgers and special sauce

  • 2 lb
    ground sirloin
  • 3 Tbsp
    dill pickle relish
  • 3 Tbsp
    steak sauce or Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
grill seasoning (I use the Mesquite Grill-Mates McCormick) I use it for everything
  • 1 tsp
    sweet paprika
  • 1 sm
    onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 c
    ranch dressing
  • 1/2 c
    ketchup
  • 1 tsp
    ground black pepper
  • 2 c
chopped iceberg lettuce (you can buy bags all ready chopped, shredded, I use this)
  • 1 pkg
    King's Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • American cheese, if wanted

How To Make mini sliders burgers and special sauce

  • Seasoned beef formed into balls.
    1
Mix meat and the next 4 ingredients by hand. Then I use my cookie scoop and HEAPING scoops and roll them in a ball and put them on a large cookie sheet. Use parchment paper so they do not stick to the pan.
  • Beef balls flattened into sliders.
    2
Then put another paper on top. You can use wax paper also. Put on top of round balls. Then put another cookie sheet on top to flatten hamburger balls. Push down and flatten them.
  • Cooking the sliders on an indoor grill.
    3
Cook them inside or grill OR these patties can also be baked on cookie sheets in preheated 400 degrees F oven for 10 to 12 minutes. But, on a hot indoor or outdoor grill, these small burgers will take just 2 or 3 minutes on each side for medium doneness.
  • Ranch dressing, ketchup, and black pepper combined for sauce.
    4
To make the sauce, combine ranch dressing with ketchup and black pepper. Use Kings Hawaiian Sweet Rolls, these are so good and have a hint of sweetness. Yummo!
  • Assembled beef sliders with sauce, lettuce, and onion.
    5
I also added American cheese while cooking. Serve on dinner rolls with chopped lettuce, chopped onion, and Special Sauce.
