Another oldie but goodie. Millie was our neighbor and I am sure my Mom got this recipe from her.

1 pound ground beef or turkey
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 cup chopped green pepper (use yellow or orange if you prefer)
1 can tomato soup - 11 oz
1 can tomato sauce - 8 oz
1 can nibblets corn, drained
1/2 pound grated cheddar cheese
1 can pitted black olives, sliced
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 package noodles, cooked and drained

How to Make Millies Ground Beef Casserole


  • 1Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2In a large skillet saute ground beef or turkey with the chopped onion and chopped pepper. If you don't like green peppers, use yellow or orange.
  • 3Drain, if needed. Add the tomato soup, tomato sauce, corn (drained), cheese, black olives and chili powder to meat mixture.
  • 4Add the cooked, drained noodles to the meat mixture. Transfer all to a large casserole dish.
  • 5Bake, uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 30-45 minutes. This is a good casserole and easy. Enjoy!
