Ingredients

  • ·
1 pound ground beef or turkey
  • ·
    1 medium onion, chopped
  • ·
1/4 cup chopped green pepper (use yellow or orange if you prefer)
  • ·
    1 can tomato soup - 11 oz
  • ·
    1 can tomato sauce - 8 oz
  • ·
    1 can nibblets corn, drained
  • ·
    1/2 pound grated cheddar cheese
  • ·
1 can pitted black olives, sliced
  • ·
    1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ·
1/2 package noodles, cooked and drained

How to Make Millies Ground Beef Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large skillet saute ground beef or turkey with the chopped onion and chopped pepper. If you don't like green peppers, use yellow or orange.
  3. Drain, if needed. Add the tomato soup, tomato sauce, corn (drained), cheese, black olives and chili powder to meat mixture.
  4. Add the cooked, drained noodles to the meat mixture. Transfer all to a large casserole dish.
  5. Bake, uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 30-45 minutes. This is a good casserole and easy. Enjoy!
